You can book online from any tour page, or contact us by WhatsApp or email. Your reservation is confirmed once we send you a confirmation message.
When you book, please give us accurate contact details, your hotel or pickup location, your travel dates and the number of travelers.
The earlier the better, especially in high season and for combined full-day tours. That said, we can often arrange a tour for the next day. If your dates are tight, message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you straight away what is possible.
Online payments are processed securely through our payment provider. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
For bookings arranged by WhatsApp, our team will confirm the payment method with you directly.
Let us know as early as possible and we will do our best to move your date. Specific cancellation windows and any applicable fees are confirmed at the time of booking.

Yes. Pickup is door to door anywhere in the La Fortuna and Arenal area, and your exact pickup time is arranged in advance based on where you are staying.
Please be ready at the agreed time. Late arrivals may shorten the tour.
Most day tours leave early in the morning, so you get the best light and the best wildlife. The Jungle Night Walk runs in the evening instead.
Your confirmation message gives you the exact pickup time for your hotel.
Comfortable clothes and closed shoes, swimwear and a towel, a change of clothes, sunscreen, insect repellent, a hat, a camera and water. Any gear specific to the activity is provided.
This is a rainforest, and rain is part of it. Tours go ahead in normal rain, so bring a rain jacket and enjoy it.
We only modify or reschedule for genuine safety reasons, such as river or trail conditions. In that case we offer you an alternative date or a refund where applicable.
All our guides are bilingual and work in English and Spanish.
Yes, prices are shown per person in US dollars, with one exception: ATV tours are priced per vehicle, since one ATV can carry one or two riders.

Yes. Tours with a child rate show it on the tour page, and it applies to ages 5 to 11.

Yes. We regularly take groups well beyond a single van, and we bring in additional guides and vehicles as needed.
For groups, write to us first so we can plan the day properly around your schedule.
Combined tours include lunch, round-trip door-to-door transportation and bilingual guides. The individual tour page always lists the full detail.
It depends on the tour. Every tour page shows a difficulty level, from easy walks on the hanging bridges to more demanding activities like canyoning.

Yes, please tell us about any medical conditions, pregnancy or mobility limitations before you book, so we can advise you honestly on whether an activity is suitable.
Minimum ages and weight or health requirements apply to some activities.
Rafting, canyoning, ATV and zip lines carry inherent risks. Guests take part under their own responsibility and must follow the guide’s instructions and the safety briefing.
Our guides are experienced, the equipment is maintained, and we will always tell you if conditions are not right for an activity.
